Chris is an accomplished technology executive and founder with over two decades of experience leading high-impact teams, scaling startups, and driving enterprise-grade technology transformations. As the Executive Director of CDN Solutions and Nascomms, he combines deep technical insight with a proven ability to deliver real business outcomes across industries.
Chris has held senior leadership roles in both startup and corporate environments, guiding the successful delivery of major IT programs, cloud migrations, and next-generation platform rollouts. He’s led infrastructure, implementation, and professional services teams through complex change, mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth phases, ensuring operational scale and customer success.
With experience spanning healthcare, telecommunications, and enterprise IT, Chris brings a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset shaped by years of hands-on leadership across Australia and Asia. He is ITIL and Prince2 certified, with formal qualifications in business and management.
Daniel McGruer
Director - Software Engineering
Daniel is a highly accomplished software engineer and systems architect with over 20 years of experience delivering advanced technology solutions across industries including defence, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, telecommunications and geospatial mapping.
Holding a Bachelor of Software Engineering, Daniel brings deep technical insight and architectural precision to complex challenges, with a focus on scalable, high-performance systems. As a founding partner of CDN Solutions and Nascomms, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the core technology strategy and innovation direction from inception.
Daniel’s work reflects a strong commitment to engineering excellence and emerging technologies, consistently driving product innovation and technical growth while focusing on client outcomes, budgets and long term strategies.
Nathan Frankish
Director - Operations & Cloud
Nathan is an experienced technology and operations leader with over 20 years of cross-industry expertise spanning financial services, banking, aviation, and transport. With a background in IT and a passion for end-to-end systems thinking, Nathan specialises in enhancing technical capability through intelligent automation, infrastructure optimisation, and operational tooling.
Nathan brings a unique strength in bridging delivery and operations—preferencing roles where he can influence the full lifecycle of a solution to drive greater reliability, speed, and resilience. His deep understanding of systems architecture, including elements beyond direct scope, enables him to pre-empt and resolve issues before they surface.
A qualified pilot and experienced systems operator, Nathan continues to consult in aviation software alongside his role as a founding partner and Director at CDN Solutions and Nascomms. His cloud and infrastructure leadership continues to support scalable, high-performing platforms for complex digital environments.
Sam Croft
Head of Managed Services
Sam is a seasoned technology professional with deep expertise across DevOps, cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, business analysis, and application support. With a Bachelor of Information Technology and a strong entrepreneurial background, Sam brings decades of experience supporting businesses from early-stage startups to large corporates across a wide range of industries.
As Head of Managed Services, Sam combines his technical versatility with a practical, outcomes-driven mindset—helping organisations adopt modern technologies without unnecessary complexity or spend. Kevin Young
Head of Drafting Solutions
Kevin brings over two decades of experience in civil and structural drafting, with a career spanning residential, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure projects across Australia. As Head of Drafting Solutions, Kevin leads with deep industry knowledge and a commitment to precision, having previously operated a successful drafting company of 20+ professionals delivering projects nationwide.
Kevin is also highly experienced in CAD development, scripting, and automation—building custom tooling and workflows that have enhanced the capabilities of drafting teams across Australia and internationally. His collaborative work with engineering and technology partners reflects his forward-thinking approach and passion for improving the way design teams work at scale.
